In accordance with the Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Rules, no superior court may, on grounds of wrong jurisdiction, reverse the substantive adjudication of a civil or administrative court on an intellectual property civil or administrative action which, though not subject to the _____ jurisdiction of the intellectual property court, shall be deemed to be so subject substantively.
