Cross-border trade complexities are increasingly impeding global business expansion and consumer trust. More than 8 in 10 (82%) business leaders surveyed say that cross-border complexity ＿＿（6）＿＿ their decision to sell to new markets. Three quarters (75%) of consumers ＿＿（7）＿＿ "surprise" customs duties costs, taxes and complex regulations will reconsider shopping with that same business again.
