An unnamed and unregistered speedboat from the Chinese mainland entered the restricted waters near the Kinmen Islands for fishing. It was inspected by the 9th Marine Patrol of the Coast Guard Administration of the Maritime Affairs Commission of the Republic of China and fled after refusing inspection. During the ＿＿（43）＿＿ , the two ships collided and four crew members fell into the sea, two of whom died after ＿＿（44）＿＿ the hospital.
