色胺酸負荷（tryptophan loading）試驗常作為何種維生素的營養狀態評估？

Pyridoxine (B6) 的 PLP 是 kynureninase 的輔酶。B6 缺乏時色胺酸無法正常代謝為菸鹼酸，轉而生成黃尿酸 (xanthurenic acid) 從尿中排出。給予色胺酸負荷後測尿中黃尿酸即可評估 B6 狀態。
